It really isn't that bad, especially if you use a guide of some kind and or be a Mage. Because most of the enemies in the game aren't programmed to effectively fight someone from range so you can kite them around and make they forget out you and such. I really enjoyed it, it is an engrossing game.

Ya I've beaten Dark Souls 1 twice (with a bud and then again, solo) but I don't really enjoy playing mages. Pyromancy is fun af, but I enjoy going a strength build for the most part
