So Ashe was giving cancer with her nonstop poke and perma slows, top tier dps and utility so we nerfed her Q's duration and ult's damage by 50 at rank one and 25 at rank 2, cause spagetthi coding was too dank for the 420 damage at rank 2 cause we can't remove 5 ad but only +5 ad, gg

Corki needs to do his job and not be interrupted by distractions, so he can now distract himself without distracting' himself.

Diana now pulls you from even further away. But does she needs that? She's already pretty sticky, but we don't know.

Tyler1 was banned, so in compensation, we buffed draven : ^)

By lowering her R's cds, we think eve might be viable for lcs. Will she be? We don't know, might was well as remove Yasuo and Aatrox from the game.

Ezreal got some buffs, kissing shyvana's leg made him stronger.

Gankplank was dominatin' the seas, so we dropped the nerf barrel on him.

Jayce? Can't use the ap ratios, we gotta git him in lcs, so make that ad ration and reduced poke cost. K

Jhin was murdering plebs too hard, so we nerfed him.

Jinx was in a fine spot but we need her to be the LCS ADC queen, so we buffed her.

Poppy: We reworked her, nerfed her, then forgot her. So we buffed her.

Rek'sai: Azir has a new queen, in the empire of "Nerfed becuz lcs"
