You know this may be a crazy thought, but bare with me. I don't think its a 4-hit passive, one of the reasons being that Riot believes 3-hit passives are the balanced way to go. I actually believe that it might be hinting at him having a kit like 
, meaning no ult, but 4 skills that act like stances.
