What would you say are the best and worst Passive and Ultimate in the game

Renektons passive is what makes renekton..Renekton. take that away and well...you may as well Delete the champion.

Going to look at this as when compared straight to other's passives/ults in the game, without taking numbers or balance of said champion into account. If it requires a kit specific thing, like Yoric's passive or Karma's ult, I will take it into account, but otherwise I try to leave the balance out of it. Of course, this list is my opinion.
Best Passive:
it's a tie.
- So rediculously hard to kill due to this passive.
- on literally anyone else, this would outclass just about everything. Just, for a second, imagine Amumu with this passive. Now imagine Zed. Now imagine Nasus. This ult is so good that Eve is intentionally kept bad. Long term stealth is simply bad for this game, especially with no cost.
Worst Passive:
- Only Amumu's can compete with how bad this has become, and even then a single auto attack from a lvl 1 Amumu outclasses this ability. This is so negligible, and actually requires you lose out on it's benefit a little unless you lead with your fear, which is fairly short range. Even on any other kit, I would prefer Amumu's over Fiddles, it's that bad.
Best Ult:
- even though reliant on the ever common AoE knockup (that he has in his kit mind you) the fact that he can effectively remove 2+ people from a fight by extending their CC while simultaneously nuking them is incredibly powerful. With AoE Knockups becoming so very popular, and the fact that Tenacity still does nothing against it, this is IMO the best ult to have atm.
Worst ult:
- would be a Q on almost anyone else. Low damage, and if you consider the cooldown is so high, even if divided 4 ways, this "ult" really feels like mundo's cleaver on a clip, but less powerful and not blocked by minions. When this ult is best used to either attempt to end fleeing opponents or farm over litterally any other reason, and it gets out classed in both of those entirely, it shows just how bad this ult is.

Best ult: Come on, it's hilarious and calls literally everyone's attention.
Worst ult: Didn't want to repeat so I'll put in 
ult (at least the active part) . It's basically a lame version of Vayne's ult, and not that fun to use. It doesn't really give him anything besides a chance to activate his passive, which is mediocre.
Best Passive: Her defining feature gameplay wise, and this is the sole reason they have to keep Kat's numbers low compared to other assassins. If you do comparisons to other assassins, her damage isn't all that high if she gets 0 resets.
Worst passive: 
the damage on it is super low, the slowing effect isn't even noticeable most of the time.
Best ult: 
Remember the controversy that happened when she first came out? People were completely afraid of pulling out any carry champion without some form of hard escape because of Vi. When Vi is strong, her ultimate can pretty much make anyone think twice about picking champions without hard escape options.
Worst Ult: 
, Super high cooldown, And pretty much every other execute ability is 100x better.

Best Passive: The simple ability to chuck towers (Or champions) down is insane, mixing this with his scaling make is a passive to fear
Worst Passive: 
What does this do really? Some AP damage that isn't useful much as all in my opinion. Late game this passive (Unless you build a ton of AP which is unlikely) is all but useless.
Best Ultimate: 
Oh, you're out of position? Heh, year you're pretty much RIP (I personally hate these ults, but I respect them as extremely powerful ults that can remove a lot of carries that aren't prepared.
Worst Ultimate: 
Hitting level 6 doesn't give you a huge powerspike, just sort of there. Not a fan for that reason.
