I know what it means because I looked it up, but I'm just not dank enough to use this. Ok but really, here's what I think. That which is sarcastic should remain cryptic for those who can't see the sarcasm. It's its own secret language. Adding "Kappa" to something just confuses me. It's like, I'll see something like this:

"Soraka W does too much damage omg rito pls nerf!

Kappa"

And I'm like... Really? Kappa? No man I surely empathize with you. Soraka's heal does way too many damages. They need to take a good hard look at the state of their power creep when Soraka can critical for higher than Tryndamere with his Q.
