Create recall animations for Champions who don't have one

Assume this would be for Classic skins, so keep it in character.

Examples!

- Takes out a cigar and a lighter and has a smoke. (And don't censor this, Riot!)

- Plants her sword and shield in the ground and kneels in prayer to the sun.

- Spins her guns stylishly, holsters them on her hips, and then poses seductively.

- Releases her wand, which floats around her slowly, akin to her taunt animation.

- Looks around him in paranoia, but soon calms down enough to allow the recall.

- Chugs some ale, and then passes out briefly, snoring as he lies down.

- Turns to face the screen and makes a salute.

- Blades spin around her, with the center orb floating before her as she holds it to her chest.

Veigar Sticks his staff into the ground to readjust his hat. The staff then falls on top of Veigar. When he returns to base, he pushes the staff off of him and gets back up.

Or at least allow the dance animation during recall

TwistedFate Puts his hat on the ground and starts throwing cards into it. Shaco Transforms into a large jack-in-the-box. As he channels it plays "Pop Goes the Weasel" backwards. Janna Raises a tornado around herself, it bursts outwards on completion. Kassadin Nether Blade gradually gets larger, on completion he cuts a purple gash in the air and steps through to the fountain. Corki Copter lands, Corki gets out and starts performing various adjustments.

Lulu Raises her staff and hovers above the ground for a short time before landing, then slams her staff on the ground a few times to finally lift off.

Nocturne Spins skywards.

Teemo Raises his blowgun while looking upwards and waits.

Nautilus Starts spinning his anchor. Then throws it ands drags himself along.

Tristana Slams her Rocket Launcher on the ground and performs a rocket jump

Shen I feel like pulling out both swords, spinning them, and crossing his arms, swords facing upward, could be one. when he is in base, simply puts the swords back.
