If I factor in Decisive strike, I'd still have to do it for both, and doing that would be pointless, because by increasing both by identical amounts, there is no advantage for either. The result would be the same

Essence reaver for %30 Cooldown reduction, and Triforce for a big-ass nuke with your Q, Rage passive, general stat increase, plus, do you know how bad Garen's mana problems are? He's constantly running out

Hell one game it became my job to shutdown a 10/0 Caitlyn. So I caught her alone and jumped on her as Rengar (ult and 5 stack ferocity and all) and she straight-up sat in melee range and killed me
