NEXT. R3: More Star Guardian skins? R1: Okay sure. Get to work immediately. R4: What if we let them PAY REAL MONEY to show off their stats? R1: BRILLIANT! You get a raise!

It’s safer to make some feature/cosmetic that will be visible for every player in that game(skins, icons, emotes, eternals) and not just something that will be visible/hearable only by one person.

In Dota, you can share them, but it would be too much for Riot.
