I wonder if it'll change in preseason when Riot's going to meddle with Rylais. Ugh, I'd rather not think 'bout it but knowing it's going to impact Morde big time makes me kinda worried

Dunno, maybe Morde will get a hotfix to his movespeed when they change Rylais, depending on what they change.

If all his spells can still proc it fine, then maybe he will be fine.

Eh, best possible outcome would be changing it to something between 60-80 AP with 500-600 hp and lowering the AoE slow to maybe 30% from the full 40%

And give Morde 10 more MS

Even better, make Morde take some AP, Health, AND bonus MS from his ghost.

The hijinx from having a Jinx ghost will be hilarious. Kill something, ghost jinxes passive procs, you both get excited!
