Oh gawd my brother went over board on fire emblem!

He got hi first character so over powered that it has stats that go into the white and bypass the stat limit!

He went through the game building relations like five times, transferring that character to exploit the statues and boost its stats!

I will never fight him in pvp EVER again!

I will say two things:

that "pick your side" thing is very annoying and really feels like they are just trying to make you buy the same game twice (3 times if you want the Revelations DLC)
(possible spoilers) they brought back the child mechanic from the last game, but gave a poor reason as to why the kids happen to be conveniently around the same age as the parents.

Other than that it's a decent game (so far, we will see how it ends). But the REAL issue isn't the game... it's the DS. It isn't letting me play anything, not even my monster hunter :(

Birthright. I know they were going for the whole "neither side is good or evil" concept, but after seeing what the king on the conquest side does (at the beginning of the game, before you even pick what side your on mind you), he practically has "I'm evil and going to be doing evil things." written in bright neon lights above his head.

Birthright has the better story out of the two, according to what I've heard. Apparently Conquest just has you going along with the king's plans like an idiot.
