When Kai'Sa gets released and you already own every other champ

I believe capsules are rolled when you get them, not when you open them.

Not to mention that you can get shards for champions you already own. You do know how that works, right?

i thought that what champions you didnt have took priority or did they change that because it was making them less money?

I just use my stockpile of BE.

You know, cause Riot never actually solved that problem.
