Removal of 3 Champ Shard Combining and Mystery Champ Disabled unless have 10 un-owned champs

Veterans got horribly shafted with the BE conversion, particularly those who tried to get runes to make the game interesting and have more fun with a stale system. Thanks for punishing me for buying more runes long before the announcement of runes becoming free and eliminated from the game. What should have happened is full refunds for purchases long before the announcement, that 100 BE return after the announcement, and then that 10 ip runes/no refund during the final countdown.

Riot also horribly shafted veteran players who had all of the champs. So instead of letting us get champs at a reasonable rate, you're trying to slow us down significantly. How? Three champ shards into 1 champion permanent was removed AND Mystery Champ is disabled unless you do not own 10 or more champs.

So this is how you reward the veterans who played a long time and also tried to keep the game interesting by varying play styles. Not only did you shaft us out of BE really badly, but now you turn getting champs into an RP grab.

Sure for the lower levels, it's a lot faster to get champions but now for veterans, you're making it harder for us to get anything because you're trying to get us to use all of our BE on the shop that is disappearing soon and then you're going to slow our progress and basically make us pray we get a champion shard of the new champ in our capsules so we don't have to grind what... 7800 BE for a new champ? Which means on average 800ish BE per capsule, 9-10 levels to get 1 champ? And on average I think someone said 10 games per level? Which means I have to play 90-100 games to get a new champ or spend real money to get the new champ.

I can get champs faster in HOTS with coins.

I just noticed this when I went to 'mystery champ' Zoe.

Sorry! You need ten champs to get a mystery champ. No, you can't reroll shards either.

I grabbed 12 before they changed it, now I'm down to 11. I'm really glad I was cynical enough to foresee this coming.

Edit, I just wish I would have stocked up on more now XD

This is actually so frustrating. Riot, for years now, has been making the game more geared towards beginners and casual players, and veteran players are always the ones getting shafted. I just went to mystery champ Zoe, who, if you can't tell, I'm quite excited for, but now I'll have to grind out another 30-40 games to be able to play the new champion. IF I get lucky in my boxes. It'll probably be more. I understand the business strategy of trying to make the game accessible to new players, to expand your player base, but the appeal of LoL to me has always been the high skill ceiling and high game knowledge required to play the game proficiently. When I was a noob the game made me look forward to being a veteran, and now, I could make a new account and grind fewer games to get Zoe. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion.
