When people ask me how I feel about Riot wanting to change Rylais

I've just been laughing at how many times you've asked Meddler about it over the last 4 patches.

My idea for it that it would give some Magic damage based on HP or bonus HP. It may have a base of 15-50 AP, but the majority of any damage it does would be from HP, much like . This allows AP bruisers to still build the same, but also allow AP champs a way to still kite without being utterly oppressive in damage as well.

Any idea what they plan for it? I can't figure it out, and I want to know whether to start flaming riot.

How about we ajust rylai and frozen mallet since frozen mallet is a problem because only one champ use it as its core item right now ().

One for mages who only give ap and the other one who offers only hp hp for bruiser and tank.

They will have a unique passif so they cannot be stack.
