Actually as an almost-Rengar main(kinda like my 3rd-4th-ish most played champ and 4th highest mastery) I can't assassinate ADC's anymore. They're so damn powerful its like I can't even one-shot them when fed and when they get that small opportunity to kill me because they aren't dead they just burst me and heal everything else...
