1011001110001 votesI think the contacts Ezreal has are developed from his investigations on Aatrox, back when he was being announced. He picked up a bunch of Aatrox-related artifacts from the various city-states, and Lux probably helped him get his hands on the stained glass he had.
I mean, Ezreal even got help from TF and Jayce at one point. The relationships these characters make in the new lore are going to vary a lot, and if Ezreal's still exploring and investigating stuff, running into big name figures like Lux probably isn't a stretch.
The drawing of the two was also cute and pretty much solidifies Lux and Ezreal as a couple, rather than Taric.
I should make note that the stuff is still old lore, but it's not exactly impossible to incorporate the Aatrox reveal into the new lore.

Bodkins Odds1 votesPentakill Mordekaiser was, oddly enough, canonically the only bandmember who was in any way concerned with Sona's personal safety and well being. Hence the ship.
It has to be Pentakill Morde though, on account of regular Morde no longer having the proper equipment due to being undead Barry the Chopper.
