Pick a Touhou character to be in League (yes, again)

Yep, another "pick a Touhou girl" topic. These tend to die after a bit, so new ones are needed from time to time.

Kits are optional, so no need to go into detail on them.

My pick should be obvious. I'd have her be a space-manipulation support/mage designed to screw up battlefield navigation for your enemy.
