You'd be surprised how many times the playerbase is right in comparison to Riot.

The player base is 70% silver and bronze. Silvers and bronze have almost no idea how to effectively play this game. Player base controls game, game becomes trash like playerbase.

Depends on the situation. the boards are totally wrong in some cases with certain things but other things like tower buffs or people telling riot not to buff a champion (xin zhao). It really depends, sometimes the boards are right and sometimes riots in the wrong. In general i feel like the boards are wrong a lot so you are pretty much correct

At least the game would be more fun for me in some case. Like, Zed, Fizz and Yas would be gutted to hell. :)

The boards have different opinions so it would also be changed extremely every patch and there would be conflicting stats. The game would be messed up but mostly because everything would be extremely weird.
