item 3070 Azir Its almost a disadvantage to pick him with that winrate. Makes me a little wary to pick him up because that is A LOT of work for a positive, not good, but positive winrate.

It's barely worth it right now, even if you have a 55%+ winrate. It's just such a big gamble to hope you get to lategame where you can start solocarrying.

I'm actually trying around different runepages on him to maybe miss out on item 3115 completely. It MIGHT make his earlygame stronger again, but I'm not sure if I should go for AS quints and reds with armor yellows and AP blues or just straight up full AS.

I mean, Syndra doesn't even get her feet dirty let alone her hands (which direct her balls that do all her dirty work). Azir still walks around like a chump.
