Happened to me the other day. Enemy team's support locked in 
and spent the entire game hiding way in the back and never did anything for her blue build 
ADC. Bot lane was won easily and it didn't help they both would stand still and AA minions the entire time.

he's tough, not invincible...but instead of annoying with poke damage a lot of people just run in and are surprised when their team can't follow them
