Nunu, the True Ice Companion (Abilities Concept)
Passive - Ice Cold Ground Each time Nunu hits a target with his auto attacks or abilities, they get ice cold and get slowed for 2/3.5/5% for 0.5 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times. If they get his 5 consecutive times, they get grounded for 2 seconds.
Ice Cold grants allies 2%/3%/4% movement speed for 0.5 seconds if they auto attack the Ice Cold target.
Q - Consume and Adapt Each time Nunu's Willump consumes a monster, he gets satisfied and does a flip with Nunu, granting them 25/30/35/40/45% TRUE movement speed for 2 seconds. If Nunu's Willump consumes 6 large monsters, he can consume champions, excecuting them under 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% health because Willump is hungry.
W - Fast of Fury Grants Nunu 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% damage reduction for 3 seconds. If Nunu uses this on an ally, it gives half of the amount for the same duration. If used on an ally, if they move close to each other (500 range distance) they are granted 10% TRUE movement speed for 3 seconds.
E - Ice Blastoise Nunu charges his hand with a very cold Ice Ball for 3 seconds. The longer he charges, the longer he throws (800 Range). Ice Ball deals 75/125/175/225/275 (+50% AP)(+5% maximum health) magic damage and deals TRUE 30/35/40/45/50 for 1.5 seconds. This cannot be cleansed.
R - Absolute Consumed Nunu's Willump opens his mouth and starts channeling in a AoE (1000 circle area). If enemy champions are in the area for more than 3 seconds, they get eaten by Nunu's Willump, removing them from the game, because you know, Willump ate them alive.
