A lot of people might say Riven, or Vayne mains or whatever, because of their generally toxic personalities. What's yours?
Personally I hate 
mains... damn those people will not shut up. Just the whole game stand between his team and yours and just spam laugh while nobody will go up to face him because they're afraid he'll pull them.

It just urges me to send them to destruction.
That's just a general sweep.
Mostly, it's the "mains" of whoever is FOTM at the moment.
Edit: I should clarify. It's not everyone who mains those champs that are the worst. The worst people just happen to gravitate towards those champs.

mains for sure. Every time they always act like they are god's gift to the world. But when they are losing they instantly turn into pissed of ragers. Oh god forbid you accidentally take a kill from one of them. I once had one raging at me for nearly twenty minutes because I had accidentally taken his triple when my E as Leona killed the enemy. After match he was screaming to have me reported and using the most foul language I've ever seen on league, which given how many ragers I've met means something. The guy was literally the most toxic person I've ever met in my four years of playing league.
No matter how badly she fucks up, no matter how many melees she tumbles into or how many condemns she flops, the vayne main will ALWAYS blame her death or the missed kill on whoever is nearest her at the time
The mains I dislike the most are people who main toxic jerks
I'll tell you about my favorite main.
I played against a Cho, who only plays him and the only thing he did all game was make puns about his champion.

For some reason I constantly run into assholes playing Yasuo. I fully understand that not everyone who plays Yasuo is an asshole, however I would like to play against the nice side of that playerbase instead of the cocky side once in a while.
Not even they know what he does anymore.
Anyone her spams annoying taunts, jokes, or laughs in game.

I love the champion and his image and all but what I hate are the players who main him. These guys are the most cocky players you will ever meet. They are 0/4 from the laning phase? They blame the support for sucking. They are 6/0 in laning phase? They will think they did that on their own and abandon the support and go try to solo the enemy team. Get ganked by jungler and mid laner? They will immediately comment, "Wow takes 4 people just to kill me." I hate these people
Riven is definitely the worse main, it's so easy to play her, and the people who play her truly believe they're the best riven.
Same for Nasus I guess. "huuuh huuuh, look guys im doing more damage than our carries with 0 damage items, im so cool, huuuh huuuh"
I get that impression when I see a riven or nasus main.
mains, i started hating them after that one traumatic match.
I was playing 
because he was good against the old and my Jungler gave her a kill.
But this isnt what unleashed my hate towards them. It's what she said!
My Jungler came top to gank and Fiora knew he was there.

The thing that pisses me off the most, is that people take too much pride in beating people 1vs1 and think they are just far superior.
Their arrogance is tilting me so hard, that i just want to main a champion that beats them all, but then i go back to 
and have fun. Instead of proving in a teamgame how superior i am in a duel against someone else.

I hate Yasuo mains just so god damn annoying. They're either good and they are really nice, or they are garbage and they probably talk a lot of shit if they win lane and make up excuses when they die.
Yi mains not because of any inherent toxic attitude, but I'm just baffled at how someone could play enough games on a champ like yi and not have their brains melt, it must be so numbing to play champs that binary, this applies to warwick and garen too, you guys are lvl 30 that's embarrassing (this is the saltiest joke I've ever posted take it with a grain of, well, salt)
But you know who are really nice? In my experience nami mains are just super pleasant to be around they just say helpful things and non offensive jokes, it's pretty great.
^ This guy. Every time I've gone into TB lately, it's been this shit-knocker against me, and his "mains" keep spamming stuff like "lol get wreked, m8" whenever they get an easy kill on me under tower, because, "lol, shield, and towers don't target me when i'm ulting."
In my xp:
- complain about lag half the game
- god forbid if you take ANY of this wench's farm, or gank for her when "she couldve totally 1v1'd" so "gtfo of my lane"
- anyone see this one as a sup? doesnt work, and whoever plays it is a dickweed. tells the adc they dont know how to play. pft.
- this one here "wow what a noob" or "gg ez" want to keel dem allllllll
- this is 50/50 but when they are jerks OMG i just say "by playing Garen, you lose the right to call anyone a noob." Garen is the easiest champ to play IMO, and a lot of Garen players call everyone noobs.
- most of these I find to be prepubescents spouting "your mom" or "deez nuts" jokes.
- just because, you know, fck you teemo
- I come across these a lot too. "Fcking pwned" yeah good job w/ your no-skillshot STUN.
