Its getting old as shit, and people dont even use it in a clever way, like I can always smell the setup a mile away! and they didnt give him a cigar because they dont want to promote smoking! but yes gragas has a cigar, yet thats an old splash!

I think the Asian market has a cigar. But Europe in NA don't due to censorship laws or something like that.

Its the same asian market that censors karthus because they cant show bones, and smoking is like a common thing there, but here and the EU they are like "we gotta protect our bodies".
