A champion concept I thought about

Now most of you are probably thinking since this champion concept is in M&G, its probably gonna be some stupid op champion. Well, your wrong. This champion is going to be completely viable but only sick bastards like those in M&G and will be able to understand the sheer beauty of this champion.

Well heres the rundown. Ive been watching Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya for a while now. If you dont know this show please run far away before its too late. Anyways a few weeks ago an episode came out with this girl:

So i thought to myself yandere girls are so awesome wouldnt it be great to have a yandere-like champion. So one thing led to another and heres the abominatioin that i have created.

Ilya can choose one of her allies to be her senpai (yes, even the female champions. This thread supports full yuri). If the champion dies, only then Ilya can choose another senpai. (the mechanic is similar to Kindred mark but instead you choose allies not enemies)

Ilya and her senpai gain 10% bonus movement speed when moving towards each other. Being around each other invigorates them, granting both Ilya and her kouhai 50% increase hp and mana regen.

_Q: Kawaii Pose! _ (500 range) (12/11/10/9/8 cd) (80/90/100/110/120 mana)

Passive: Ilya and her senpais basic attack deal 50/75/100/125/150 (+20% AP) bonus magic damage towards charmed targets

Active: Ilya twirls around and strikes the most kawaii pose you've ever seen. Enemies facing her are charmed for 1.5 seconds while enemies not facing her feel devastated that they just missed the most kawaii thing ever in their lives and are slowed by 50% for 1.5 seconds. For the next 3.5 seconds all enemies affect by Kawaii Pose deal 10/15/20/25/30% (+1% per 100 AP) reduced damage to Ilya and 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 (+0.5% per 100 AP) reduced damage to her senpai, because who could harm such a precious thing?

W: Kouhai Cheer! (800 range) (19/18/17/16/15 cd) (100 mana)

Ilya cheers on her allies (Gambate, minna!) increasing their spirit to fight. All allies near Ilya gain 12/14/16/18/20% (+1% per 100 AP) increase in damage, movement speed and attack speed for 3 seconds. The duration is increased to 5 seconds for Ilyas senpai. Senpai also gains triple regen benefit from Notice Me Senpai! for the duration.

**E:**First Aid Kissu! (200 range) (15 seconds cd) (80 mana)

Can only be cast on Ilyas current senpai (my lips are only for senpai!). Heals senpai for 100/150/200/250/300 (+50% AP) health and Ilya for half the amount.

R: Yandere mode (100 cd) (no cost)

Passive: Ilya basic attack deals 2/4/6% of the enemies health as magic damage damage towards enemies that have hurt senpai in the last 5 seconds.

Active: Can only be cast within 5 seconds if Ilyas senpai is killed. Ilya goes into full yandere mode for 5 seconds, gaining 100/150/200% increase in attack speed, cannot be cc'd and gains 60/80/100% increased movement speed when moving towards senpais murderer. Ilyas basic attack also deals double her passives damage as true damage towards senpais murderer. However, Ilya loses 400 attack range, her ability to cast any of her spells or items (expect summoner spells), any benefits from items, and takes an additional 20% damage from all sources. Ilya will also be slowed by 50% if she moves away from her senpais murderer. Yandere mode will end immediately if senpais murderer is brutally killed.

How to play ilya:

Ilya will devote her entire self to her senpai. She cannot live without senpai and could never think of a better place to be then beside senpai. Hence Ilya is a full support and simply cannot lane alone. Ilya focuses her powers to buff her allies (especially senpai) and distort the enemies. What Ilya is a pure buffer/distrupter and would never dream of stealing senpais kills. Hopefully senpai will praise her and pat her on her head for her good work!

Upon reaching lvl6 Ilya starts becoming a problem to her enemies. Do they kill her senpai and face the full threat of Yandere Ilya? Or do they kill Ilya first so she wont be able to go berserk when they kill her senpai? Either way Ilya puts her enemies in a great disadvantage. A Yandere Ilya could easy kill 1-2 enemies by herself. But killing her wont be easy due to her Kawaii Pose. Also enemies do not know who is Ilyas current senpai unless she casts First Aid Kissu, further confusing her enemies.

Unlike most champions, Ilya is not item dependent. She can perform perfectly well with minimal items, since her Yandere mode neglects items anyways. One of the problem she might face is who should she chose to be her senpai. Should she chose her squishy allies so they might die and she can go Yandere? Or perhaps a bruiser so she can buff him non stop. Depending on the matchup Ilya might not even be able to activate Yandere mode at all, so perhaps it would be better to focus on buffing? Either way Ilya still brings a positive influence to her party.
