I think we should change the "Better nerf Irelia" joke, and change it to Evelynn at this point.

she's one of the strongest junglers atm, seems fine.

Every skill should have a cost imo. (they should really put one back onto kayles ult)

Compared to all the other junglers that are better in basically every other way...

Nah Eve is in a pretty balanced spot right now. Adding a mana cost to the one spell she almost always needs to get anything done is kinda sucky. I just imagine new Eve players going to w to close the gap on someone, and instantly going OOM.
