it actually happened to me once with Quinn , i was getting so fed in bot lane i got 2 double, then the enemy jungler came to help, i killed him

one time came the enemy bot with jungler vs me and supp (i killed them), then the mid laner (he died too with my support), then the enemy top laner... i got a quadra, before i get the penta i used quinn's blind on wukong's clone and he killed me [zombie-nunu-bummed]

i ended throwing the game, enemy always focused me, i didnt let my team peel for me, cause i had bad positioning
