That would be somewhere between 25 and 50 tentacles.

Now I'm fairly certain that champs like Anivia and Ashe can use slows from another Anivia or Ashe, and Kindreds can take each other's marks, and that passives from other champions work with each other as it'd be ridiculous to make a visual indicator specifically for one for all and I remember it that way.

So hitting a single ability makes all of those tentacles hit.

No only those that belong to the origin champ can proc them. I found this out when playing Leona in one-for-all. A leona cannot proc her own mark, but can proc the marks of the other Leonas. If Riot keeps true to this, then only the illaoi that owns the tentacle can use it.

Ekkos on the same team can proc each others passive, in fact Ekkos on opposite teams can proc each others passive iirc. Also on OFA Kindred only spawns one mark per team I believe :/

Leonas passive specifically states that it can only be procked by her allies its why her kit is designated a support

Leona relies on allies (i.e. non Leonas) to proc the damage Ekko, Kindred, etc rely on themselves (i.e. Ekkos and Kindreds) to proc the damage

I'm surprised Leona's mark works at all, I guess Riot didn't want to render it completely useless, but self proccing effects stack in all for one most of the time

Soraka One-For-All seems OP o.O I mean, you basically just heal everyone for max all the time and nobody ever runs out of health. Full AP and they'd never die in a fight and kill the enemy fast.

You're thinking of the time they enabled it before the last where they disabled pre-rework soraka and sona. I played a game as 5 sorakas vs 5 alistars...it did not end well..

Severely depends on the match-up, tbh.

Tried it once, wasn't that great. Enemy picked Nasus, few of them built full AP, our heals could not counter the inevitable one-hit-KO.

Yeah, Nasus and Rengo would probably be pretty hard counters.

I played it. Rengars ate us. It was pretty hilarious when we actually healed/silenced properly throughout the chaos though. We'd randomly save a Soraka that went down to 100 hp, but twitch reactions threw out enough heals and silences to save her.
