I did too, and I'm still confused. EDIT 10 seconds later: I get it now. He replies to DD's comment with that message, and that message is a lot like what Riot sends people as punishment, which is why he got punished for impersonating a moderator. It's kind of odd that he got warned for it, but I understand their reasoning.
