Turn things into League of Legends champions

Pull something into League of Legends from another universe and turn it into a champion. Give it abilities that represent its theme/stereotypes. Bonus points for patently ridiculous concepts. I'll start things off with a copy-paste from an ancient thread of mine. This one's for all the Warframe players out there.

Nef Anyo's portrait, in case anyone forgot

Nef Anyo is a ranged caster adept at scamming and making money.

Nef Anyo's passive is Tax Evasion, which gives him a 5% discount on all items in the item shop.

Nef Anyo's Q ability is Extort. Nef Anyo uses telekinesis to grab target enemy unit, channeling for up to 3 seconds while he shakes it down to deal damage and gain gold.

Nef Anyo's W ability is Direct Deposit. Nef Anyo executes target enemy minion or neutral monster if its health is below a certain threshold, causing him to gain twice the amount of gold he would normally gain for killing that unit.

Nef Anyo's E ability is Obscene Wealth. Nef Anyo flaunts his wealth at nearby enemy champion, dealing damage and stunning them for 1 second.

Nef Anyo's ultimate is Summon Bursa. Nef Anyo summons a durable robot to hunt down target enemy champion for 30 seconds. The bursa attacks its target with a laser, chasing it until either it or its target is dead, or the 30 seconds expires. It then returns to Nef Anyo, granting him bonus gold based on how much damage it dealt to the target. If the bursa kills its target and reaches Nef Anyo before the 30 seconds is up, it reim-bursas the cooldown.

Welcome to the League of Legends champion spotlight, featuring Rake, the garden rake.

Rake is a multi pronged support, adept at clearing leaves and having people run into him in a comical manner.

Rake's passive is Clear the Leaves. Although he can not move on his own, he is able to latch onto one ally, giving his ally 20% of his current AD, AP, MR and Armor. As his ally walks around, Rake clears the leaves and debris on the ground behind them, giving a 20% movement speed boost in any cleared ground within a range of 800 units.

Rake's Q is face rake. Rake reaches out and scratches an enemy. If the enemy was facing Rake during his attack, they are blinded for 2 seconds.

Rake's W is drop. Rake drops to the ground and becomes stealthed. If an enemy walks into Rake, he smacks them in the face and dealing physical damage. After the dealing damage, the enemy becomes enraged and throws Rake away from them. If an ally picks him back up within 3 seconds of being thrown, drop's cooldown is reset.

Rake's E is I JUST CLEARED THAT!. On activation, any ground that has been cleared of leaves is immediately and violently returned to back to being covered in leaves, dealing magic damage to all enemies who are standing on cleared ground.

Rake's R is Rake of the Ancients. Rake imbue himself with the power of the ancient rakes, doubling the movement speed boost from his passive, slowing enemies standing on cleared ground and increasing the damage of his basic abilities by 20% for 5 seconds.

Powers are level 1.

Meet T-34 T-34 is the new juggernaut, he has a ton of damage, and sustain. He will outlast anything with his thick armor.

T-34's passive is Not Caring. Not Caring allows T-34 to move through all walls, minions, and champions. Allied units gain a 50% movement bonus for 3 seconds. Enemy units hit are slowed 50% for 3 seconds.

T-34's Q is Big Boom. T-34 shoots an exceptionally large missile at the enemy, that deals 10% of their health, regardless of the armor percentage.

T-34's W is Die Ugly. T-34 gains 20% bonus attack speed and damage is the enemy is ugly.

T-34's E is Spinning Turret of Death. T-34's turret spins in a circle for five seconds, dealing 200 damage per second.

T-34's R is On A Roll. For every kill t-34 has since his passive activated he gains 100 health. When activated the passive health vanishes, and T-34 deals true damage to a single target equal to the amount of health he had gained. This is a global ult, and cannot be escaped.

Passive Brotherly bound- When around 2 other teammates HP regen is increased by 10

Q wakfu shot- Fires a beam in a straight line (Think Xerath Uncharged Q range)

W Portal- holds 2 charges Creates a portal that only yugo and go into, only two can be place

E Wakfu Sight- Yugo senses wakfu in the enemy gaining vision of them for 10 secs

Ok, I haven't thought this through (maybe later, but I'm going to pretty busy tomorrow), so here's some things to get people started that I liked.

First, the Fiora rework could have totally been based on http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/rwby/images/4/43/Weiss_ProfilePic_Normal.png/revision/latest?cb=20151117025936.jpg Since it wasn't, she can be her own champion.

Second, since I'm already on, can we get a scythe champion up in here? Personally, I'd go with http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/rwby/images/4/4d/Ruby_Rose_-_Full_Portrait4.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130722233943.jpg and http://static.zerochan.net/Maka.Albarn.full.1616162.jpg

Which brings me to three; oh good, the transitions are easy. A soul eater type champion in general, based around the champion and weapon working together would be pretty interesting. If you go with someone like http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/souleater/images/c/c3/Black_Star_Anime_Render.png/revision/latest?cb=20141031163741.jpg (I would have a pic with Tsubaki, but lol forums are being a bitch) the abilities are basically already set. But then the focus is on the different weapons themselves (which is interesting) and not the weapon-user interaction.

Last, I'd like to see an alchemist like http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/fma/images/e/e9/Fmab-poster.png/revision/latest?cb=20131124145205.jpg I don't know what the abilities would be at all, but there are plenty of people to draw from.
