Hey i am sure pressing Q 3 times can be difficult, also having a dash with a shield that scales with her AD on a champion that builds almost pure AD... I forgot where i was going with this, but if any Riven player ever wants to bring up lack of balance, I will throw her bullshit E in their face and invalidate anything they say.

It is mobility on a champion who already has another form of mobility, its a shield on a supposedly squishy champion, it scales 1:1 with her AD and she builds pretty much straight AD. It doesn't belong on her, they could fix a lot of problems with Riven by removing her E and adding in something that fits her kit more.

It's a 125 range dash... She needs a shield because she's a fighter that has to get into the middle of fights to do damage, and is squishy enough to die instantly without it. There are plenty of champs that have shields that scale with the items they build, there's nothing wrong with that.

Not many squishy champions have a mobility+shield ability with 1:1 scaling for their primary stat.

Yeah, most ap champs have less because you get more than 800 ap full build and around 400 ad full build with Riven.

Yes that is the joke, neither champion is broken or OP, what they were referring to was the seemingly random massive amount of damage Yorick can do. So i said "says the Riven" who can do a massive amount of damage, seemingly out of nowhere. Neither champs takes much skill to do a lot of damage with, but I will say that it is harder to do well with Yorick than it is to do well with Riven. Riven has way more raw damage, mobility, and survive-ability.

But the reply implies irony, and that Riven is the op one not Yorick (referring to the "another OP broken champ").

Also, I think that it gets more difficult to do well with Riven the better your opponents are.

Like i said it was a joke... she was implying Yorick was broken because his damage, so i was saying that a Riven of all champions can't really say anything...

I disagree, Yorick is pretty hard to face better opponents, he relies a lot on hitting his E so if they can dodge that he gets punished pretty hard. Riven has a lot of potential to outplay not to mention her ability to snowball off of 1-2 items.

Yeah, I get that it was a joke, but it still implies that that Riven is broken because of her damage when you say it's ironic that she was the champ complaining about someone else's damage.

There's more to lane matchups than landing skillshots. If Riven gets behind at all in a difficult lane, she will have a hard time catching up if her lane opponent plays properly. Yorick can at least farm from a safe distance if he gets behind. Also, Riven doesn't magically become fed as soon as she gets her first items, she snowballs off of a lead which she can only get by outplaying her opponent.

I don't think you get that it was a joke actually... Do you understand sarcasm? I don't want to explain this again, so please understand this time. I am not saying or implying Riven is broken, I don't believe she is. The Riven was implying that Yorick is broken because of his damage, so the joke was that if that is how you judge if someone is broken, than a Riven who has a massive amount of damage can't really complain about a Yorick.

If Riven gets behind she builds Black Cleaver, goes to another lane, and kills them. She is a threat once she finishes it, she may not be able to kill her lane opponent, but she can kill the rest of their team. How does Yorick farm from a distance? with his 12 second cooldown E? That is his only ranged attack other than his Ult, but then you could say Riven also has a ranged ult. No Riven doesn't automatically get fed when she finishes her first item, because that is not how getting fed works. However she does hit a huge powerspike, which makes her feel like she is fed.

? I don't think that you really understand that I'm getting at the implied meaning of the joke not the explicit one. You keep stating that Riven has massive amounts of damage. All your replies indicate that you think Riven has too much damage, or that she's too strong, implicitly as well as explicitly. You act like playing around Riven's powerspikes and gating her cooldowns is more difficult than any other snowbally champion, like Fiora.

I am baffled... its like you aren't even reading my comments. I am not implying anything, I made a joke about a dumb comment a Riven player made. They explicitly stated that Yorick does a lot of damage and that this makes him OP. So I made a sarcastic comment, basically saying that Riven does more damage than Yorick, so they have no right to complain about Yorick's damage. I suppose you will read into it what you will, but I said multiple times I don't actually believe that Riven is broken or OP. It is called a joke, its meant to be funny and it doesn't need to represent the truth.

i am not seeing where i say anything negative about Riven's balance... I don't like her E at all, but overall she isn't broken or OP. She isn't perfectly balanced but not many champions are. You are misunderstanding what I am saying, you are confusing me explaining the joke with me explaining my opinion on her.
