Funny, but I agree. I play at ~Plat II-Diamond IV level and the only ADCs I really ever see are Lucian, Ezreal and Miss Fortune. It's mostly just Lucian and Ezreal, though.
Personally, I blame the tank meta. Youmuus + Cleaver is such a strong build path that it works great on Lucian and Miss Fortune, and traditional ADCs that rely on Critical Strike and auto attacks just don't cut it anymore, they either get OHK/THK by mages, locked and bursted down by tanky/CC tops and jungles, or just don't deal enough damage against this forever-tanky meta.
