I kinda feel this way about very early counter-jungling when it truly doesn't matter that much, and is only done to make the other jungler a little resentful, even if they're smart enough to grab your opposing buff at the same time.

Yeah, it evens out, but that wasn't part of the plan. League and its players are all about things going according to plan. Junglers have plans, ADCs have plans, Yasuo players have plans...

After I typed that I realized how true it actually was. League becomes a thing of habit, and if it's thrown off, typically by someone doing something at all unexpected to you or a teammate, it throws some players for a loop.

Something as truly minor as using Ignite early on with full intention of using it in a few minutes for its intended purpose is definitely in that category. The smallest unexpected move seriously throws a lot of players way off.

The msg is im dumb and dont know how to finish a fight so my tactic is hitting you with everything i can if i where jinx and had a jinx ult id send the rocket to you as soon as its of cooldown no matter if your full hp or almost dead since im just trying to do as much dmg as possible

Jinx's rocket deals next to no damage at close range. It gains damage as it gains distance. That's why it's perfect for dragon steals.
