Hey look buddy, I'm CertainlyT. That means I solve problems, not problems like "How to make my champions balanced?" Because that would be a job for the balance team. I solve champion desing problems, for instance: how am I going to stop LoL players from having fun? The answer, use true damage, and if that don't work... Use more true damage. Take for instance this champion with an overloaded and abusive kit able to 1-shot you with 1-2 abilities designed by me, built by me, and you best hope... Not matched against you.
