Our team wanted to be a bit more transparent around server issues, as well as other information that the NA playerbase may want to hear about. This is 100% a work in progress, so feedback around what’s here, or what you might want to see, is highly appreciated!

Your weekly dose of server problem-os, NA League news, and other!

Twitch Rivals is already in full swing, Ashe Comic #2 has been let loose, professional League started, and most things didn’t explode this week (cept for replays, can’t rewind that back).

Follow-Ups:

**Server Stuff: **

  • **Blood Moon event launched with exclusive items for 1 blue essence (1/10, ~15 minutes) **Short version, the transition of new content from PBE to Live had a mistake that allowed for PBE pricing on Live items. Long version, check here for a more in-depth explanation.

  • **A single rack of servers report ping loss (1/11, ~90 minutes) **An automated alarm points to a single rack of servers with high ping loss. Further investigation showed these servers had a power supply unable to maintain a steady load (too much ham shoved inside). Because of these mischievous poro-hamsters trying to be Krepo, this rack was removed from the cluster and added to the maintenance roster.

**Game Stuff: **

  • Wrong season borders showing in profile (1/8, ongoing) Well, last season ended and we pushed out the banners for last season, but it’s not the correct banner and can even show the wrong division as well. To fix it, we’ll wait for the next full patch to deploy with 9.2.

  • Replays crash when rewinding or interacting with timeline (1/10, fixed 1/16) Sometimes players interacting with the replay timeline or rewinding can cause a replay to splat out. We figured out how to go back to the future without causing paradoxes, so hop in that Delorean and get going!

Player Support Trend:

  • With the new patch here, there’s been a slight increase in bugsplats above the usual average. Check here for info about bugsplats before contacting Player Support!

UPDATE Games are over for now. It was fun, and we are looking to do more of these games in the future, with additional game modes and different ways to talk to people who show up (discord???).

Neeko w passive doesn't work on towers/inhibs. It was fixed for a second, then it came back.

Maybe not related to this. LoL lacks balancing and working punishment for toxicity. Are they so stuck in eSports they fail to see the game is falling apart?

What about this games balancing... In ranked i am constantly being matched vs several tier higher players, its unranked vs gold/platinum/diamond most of the time, and on top of it all people are saying buying skins is related to that patent RIOT bought that makes players win more often just after they buy skins, the one EA implemented, when you think about it for a second... The games are not even remotely evenly matched, its just stomping, first 5 minutes of the game there is a clear grasp on which team is going to win, and that kills both the immersion and fun of the game, entirely. The burst meta is not helping either.

Not to mention the persevering toxicity, its not league of legends, its league of blaming, cursing, shaming, putting responsibility on others and just promoting immaturity. RIOT could had cut down toxic players years ago by more strict system, they chose not to.

So glad that server rack was removed. I had so many games on that server it's crazy. Should be statistically impossible to have that many games on a single flawed server, but apparently not.

Not on this account obviously because this account is permabanned. But on my current main account. This is the account I use in the forums.

gg riot gain 11 lp a win and lose 22 a lose. fix ranked ladder climbing for people who have had accounts hacked and trolled on or have been playing since the newest champion was Alister. I'll never reach above s4 because of mmr. the grind is ridiculously.

Can I just say Im not experiencing wrong season border but rather wrong rank border.. My higher rank is plat in Flex but my border is gold for soloDuo. Hope it resolves soon

Is there a fix on the way for the issue where content does not load properly on the Watch site? Whether I click on VODs, Schedule, or Standings, I get a blank, black screen with a red error at the bottom of the screen that says SERVICE RETURNED AN INVALID RESPONSE. I would like to get caught up on some matches and while I can do this on YouTube, it would be nice to get the rewards that come from watching on the Watch website.

More like League Bad since Release - Good when we ban players for being toxic in a highly competitive game. I can personally tell you all with the utmost confidence that I hold a world record In the game of League Of Legends! Though this record might not be something to be proud of, I can tell you for sure that it is a record breaker and I am proud! NA LEAGUE ACCOUNT OVER 40+ banned legitimacy when asked can be proven. Level 1 to 5 accounts permanently banned after 1 game or 1 report! New accounts level 2 permanently banned after playing 1 game and that was to level up! So why can I say with absolute assurance that league of legends in my opinion has by far the largest % of feminine females going through what seems an infinite loop in their menstrual cycles! QQ

If you can get banned in a highly-competitive game like league of legends, where it is by far one of thee most antagonizing provoking rage seeking games where they reel you in and hook you and release you but with the hook still in your mouthitem 3070 item 3070 True story!

Anything on the blank screens in champ select that are now plaguing my games? I hear the music and the timers but can’t see anything until I get kicked out

Could be fun to do some games, i will try to make it.

One thing i want to ask about is.... is there a plan on making Teleport focus on the minimap when trying to teleport? Currently if you try teleporting to your top lane turret or whatever and there is something that is able to be teleported to just underneath that spot it will teleport to the object able to be teleported to rather than to where you clicked on the map. (For example: trying to teleport to top lane outter turret, but you are walking along and then the minimap icon of top lane outter turret goes over your nexus turret, it will target the nexus turret.)

Also, there seems to be a bug that when you are in game and check your voice chat to see who all is in it, it shows nobody.

You forgot about the Server Transfer issue that the game have for months! How can you charge for a service so flawed and limited when other games allows players to switch freely?[sg-lux-2]
