Twitch Rivals had a bunch of League games going on, you can help decide if cats or dogs are better (CATS), and a bunch of wonderful artwork was all over Boards and Reddit the last few days. If you like art, you might want to check some of them out!

Follow-Ups:

  • Mac voice still not working properly The main League Bug associated with this has been re-prioritized and is being worked on, alongside several other Mac bugs.

  • Transfers are currently down A possible solution is being QA’d and will be tested on an internal realm shortly.

**Server Stuff: **

  • A change to loot causes a spike in errors (3/21, ~55 minutes) A backend series of changes create a spike in loot errors noticed by monitoring. Triage teams dig into the issue to find the root problem. A fix is patched in, dropping loot errors back to normal rates.

  • Misconfiguration causes store issues and matchmaking problems (3/21, ~49 minutes) A change to vintage skin borders code causes player inventory and actual player inventory to not properly match up. This caused players to be kicked from champion select if various skins had been selected (as the servers didn’t think they owned it). Updating the misconfiguration to fix the vintage skin borders fixed all issues.

  • Missions rewards slowly delayed (3/21, ~3.6 days) Automatic monitoring notices that updating mission rewards is slower than expected, but the rewards are still getting to players. An investigation is started, and the root cause is bad account data. Repairs are completed during a future maintenance, bringing the mission reward timing back to expected timing.

**Game Stuff: **

  • Faulty Router Card causes connection issues (3/27, ~46 minutes) Player Support reports a spike of connection issues and inability to get into the game. As compensation mode is enabled, triage teams look into possible hardware issues. A chassis alarm points to a faulty router card, and when that computer is disabled, game reconnects return to normal levels.

Player Support Issues:

It seems 28 people are wrong. Cats are best and that's an objective fact.

Also, question: Have there been reports of the loot tab loading slowly? Or not loading at all? It's something I've been having since loot became a thing, but I haven't bothered submitting a ticket because it's such a minor thing (Workaround is just going to store then back into loot). Was hoping to see if there were any other reports of this?

MAC BUGS

Ever since latest patch my client keeps saying "trying to reconnect" after logging in. The client doesn't react in champ select sometimes either which lead to a dodge timer. Post game I can't honour anyone and all I see is "skip waiting for stats".

Once I successfully enter a game, there are no issues at all in game. I just hope this update somehow fixes these issues...

I've attempted pretty much everything on the guide, but I still get this random bug splat. I'll just be walking around nothing going on and Ziggs pops up. I can function the entire game,but if I click on Ziggs it forces me out and I have to close the bug splat window and rejoin the game. During this time I hear the opening animation of the client (when you disenchant something for BE etc.) This will also occur periodically during the loading screen when I hit 90% (every time) I just need to re log once. Sometimes I think it's because I have discord or web pages open, but sometimes it happens without anything up.

Currently I have attempted to reinstall / Hextech repair. Install an new SSD which significantly improved my performance outside of league. And install more RAM despite league not needing more than 8 GBs of DDR4. I have an I5 Processor with a GTX 960. Not the best, but more than enough for League. I stay at 140 FPS and my avg ping is 29-30. Internet speed is 100 MBps

If you have any idea why I still get this splat or can help I'd appreciate it.

Anything on lag? Seems like a lot of people are experiencing lag from riot servers lately
