Patch 9.1 finally rolled out, making the next few days of ranked fun to figure out what’s good, what’s bad, and what’s just weird, Sylas might just be the largest champion possible and Twitch Rivals schedule has been revealed.

**Server Stuff: **

**Blackhawk prepaid cards not redeemable (1/5, ~4 hours). **Blackhawk datacenter decided to become a raven for a few hours, quoting large amounts of poetry at a datacenter instead of processing requests. After a few hours, the raven said nevermore to that issue, and the datacenter processed incoming and outgoing data properly again.
**RP & BE fail to load inside of the store (1/7, ~25 minutes). **Mischievous poros loaded a new config for the store, but forgot all the credentials necessary. Memory biscuits were added to their diet, and the credentials were properly added shortly after the mistake was noticed.

**Game Stuff: **

Wrong season borders showing in profile (1/8, ongoing). Well, last season ended and we pushed out the banners for last season, but it’s not the correct banner and can even show the wrong division as well. We’re looking at the proper fix, don’t quite have it yet.

Player Support Trend:

With the new patch finally rolled out, there’s been a slight increase in patching issues. If you’re having issues finishing or installing patches, please take a look at the KB here and try some steps before contacting Player Support!

Do you guys know if support plans on taking away the skins we got from buying the Blood Moon capsules for 1 BE before it was patched

Does this mean you're working on how to revert it or are you going to let countless people keep the loot from over 300+ skins because they abused a bug?

PS Seems to say they all get to keep the skins, Garena reversed because it was a smaller amount.

Going forward, they plan on doing unannounced sales every monday or so, with price adjustments being done in tickets if you bought the sale item up to 30 days prior

Glad you guys are looking into the borders stuff. I got in a normal game and was like "wait.. where is my diamond border? why am I gold now?"

It's rather insulting to have Riot homage one of the best films of all time, The Good the Bad and the Ugly.

In the same way a fortnite Youtuber does a lets play of a game like Dark Souls, or someone like Pitbull, or Justin Timberlake doing a "cover" of a good song.

not really, people latching onto much better things without caring at all about just wanting the "name" and none of the value, is really just hard to watch it's just leeching off much better ideas this case however is minor, which is why I mentioned it in an offhand comment on a video game forum but another thing is it's sad.... to see how people respond to such minor offhand comments, not like I expected anything good from the people who roam these forums it seems you have to post the most mind numbingly inoffensive garbage to not be assaulted by children, and adults who have never better to do then explain how terrible a person is because they aren't politically correct

that's just my opinion though right? there are no facts in this world right? I hope not, people seem to hate facts

heyy not 100% but if your in the correct department for this at riot but can we maybe have loot bugs looked into? like the loot tab being blacked out till you reopen it or sometimes when forging keys or opening chests the client freezes up

We can most certainly look into this. What exactly is happening when you say that the client freezes up? Are you able to regain control again after a short period, or are you forced to reopen the client?

oh ya its fine just sometimes it will freeze the client up if i forge 3 frags from tokens then combine them, its not super long usually but ive had to force stop the client once

This seems like an issue that is specific to you and your set up. I've gone ahead and created a Player Support ticket for you, from which a PS Tech agent should be able to help you out. We can start off there to see if we can find the issue, and go from there if it doesn't help.

coming from someone who is literally going to end up spending another few grand on this game this year , i could give a crap about the skins not being available for free. my issue lies with riot refusing to answer anyones questions when usually we have quite a few rioters runnin round the forum. think about it this way , if they give a single yes or no answer , people will shut up =D

When are you guys gonna admit that Runes Reforged was a mistake and revert them back to the Runes and Masteries of season 7 and revert the stat changes that where made? If you guys are worried about rune costs you can simply make runes free. Everyone HATES what the game has become, ever since Runes Reforged came out almost all my close friends quit, a lot of my fav streamers have quit, quite a few of the most famous league players from around the world have said they don't enjoy this game like they used to and some have openly stated they hate the current league but only play and stream for the money. They HATE Runes Reforged WE HATE Runes Reforged, why do you guys keep trying to fix something that can only be fixed with a revert?
