is Riot planning on making possible to automatically surrender...

if three of your so-called teammates just up and leave in the middle of a game before the 20 minute mark? or if 2 of them disconnect but the third just sits in base all game (occasionally moving so he doesn't get booted)? I ask because I sometimes get games like these and having to wait for the 20 miute mark (or having to ask the opposite team to hurry up and win because everyone left) is kinda silly. Just curious.
