[idea] a new item for the summoner spell revive ?

So how about an item like the hourglass but it's active is just like revive and instead of the needlessly large rod you could have the spectre's cowl and giant's belt? (that will bring it in line with the price of the hourglass).

I'm also open to suggestions on how it's built as well as whether or not to make it exactly like revive (press to revive at base instantly) or to make it have stacks that give you a revive chance.

so here's my thinking behind this idea:

when i really thought about it revive is only really useful in the late game when you have a really long respawn timer or if you want to insta-respawn just in case you mess up at the beginning of the game or something, and if you could just have One more chance to kill the enemy, you would take it.

also my idea behind making the item like hourglass comes from just the really long cooldown it has, and how expensive it is. i want this item to really be a late game choice. again though i'll consider any other ideas.
