New Item Idea

this is only an idea so no hard feelings :P.

Name: Nullifying Eye
Gold cost: 3400g Stats: 30 armor 350 mana 20% cdr +40 ap 6% mvmt spd +250 health +30 atk

(Rage passive (maybe))

unique passive: nullify the passive for 1/any item on 1 champion. (cannot be used on other Nullifying Eye Items)

built from: glacial shroud +20 armor +250 mana 10% Cdr, 950g

wisp +30 ap and 5% movespeed, 850g

phage +200 health +20 atk rage passive 1325g

possibly within a range or only until death, maybe the more useful the passive the more it cost to nullify, could also make it cost like a certain amount of gold to recast on a different item

any changes you would make / anything you would like to add to make it more balanced?

Just in case you might be slightly confused or having trouble understanding why this post even exist ,i mean , what this item is actually suppose to do, then let me clarify down here:

First off, ap items + cdr are far and few between so my fist thought of process was to come up with an item that could have those two stats. Also i deiced that in order to make the item worth buying, but still expensive enough that it's not necessarily a rushed item, i made the item have a decent amount of stats to warrant any champion could buy it.

Secondly, after looking at and playing against a decent number of items with passives i thought to myself, "yeah but what if there was an item that could level the playing field in some way?" for ex. i was playing against a champion that built a rod of ages and thought, "what could you possibly build that would completely counter that item?" and thus my idea for a nullifying item came to be.

Thirdly, only 1 item per champion meaning you can't use multiple nullifying eyes to completely nullify 1 champion's entire build. NO. bad summoner.

additional note: i thought it would be really cool if the item was an eye that would stay closed until you were close enough to the champion you used it on to open up, insinuating how the item was literary peering into the champion's build just to nullify an item.
