[Suggestion] Item set be a downloadable file you can re-attach to Lol

I know this is a fairly rare case and items set aren't really that valuable, but every time you want/need to fix LoL it's forget your items set because it's client side. Why not just give an option for those who need/want to fix LoL to save their item set to a file they can restore later?

Just a thought, and i can totally understand if it's just a tad bit too unreasonable since item sets can be fairly easy to re-set up, unless you have like 40 or something of them, but it's just a bit of a slight inconvenience that may save a few minuets of play.

also i just thought about another good suggestion;

How about including the possibility to make it so you can drag one of your mastery pages from a slot like 8 to 4. That would be useful for reorganizing your mastery pages if you make a lot of them would like to have them in an order that you like rather then redoing them.
