Leona Balance
Hello Everyone!
I have a few balance suggestions I came up with for Leona, and feedback is much appreciated!
Before I go into depth I would like to remind you that the key playstyle for Leona is close ranged and all in. That means that a Leona player should have to use her items and abilties in ways that promote this playstyle, not just a Leona player who picks up easy kills by sniping an enemy with Solar Flare.
Passive: Sunlight
- Damage changed to 25/40/55/70/85/100/115/130/145 Magic Damage (from 20/35/50/65/80/95/110/125/140)
Q: Shield of Daybreak

Mana cost decreased to 35/45/55/65/75 (from 45/50/55/60/65)

Cooldown reduced to 10/9.5/8.5/8/7 seconds (from 11/10/9/8/7 seconds)

Stun duration changed from 1.25 seconds at all ranks to 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds
W: Eclipse

Cooldown increased to 16/15/14/13/12 seconds (from 14 seconds at all ranks)

Armor values changed to 35/45/55/65/75 +20% bonus Armor (from 25/35/45/55/65 +20% Bonus Armor)

Magic Resistance values changed to 35/45/55/65/75 +20% bonus Magic Resistance (from 25/35/45/55/65 +20% bonus Magic Resistance)

Eclipse now loses 20/18/16/13/10% of the bonus Armor and Magic Resistance per second it is active

If Eclipse damages an enemy Champion(s) upon detonation, Eclipse restores it's full Armor and Magic Resistance value plus 5% additional bonus Armor and Magic Resistance per enemy Champion hit by the explosion

If Eclipse damages an enemy Champion(s) upon detonation, the bonuses remain for an addition 2 seconds +.5 seconds per enemy Champion hit by the explosion
E: Zenith Blade
- Cooldown increased to 14/13/12/11/10 seconds (from 13/12/11/10/9 seconds)
R: Solar Flare

Cast Range decreased to 1100 (from 1200)

Ability Power ratio decreased to 60% (from 80%)

Stun/Slow duration changed to 1.4/1.3/1.2/1.1/1 seconds when cast 700-799/800-899/900-999/1000-1099/1100 units away

Stun/Slow duration still lasts 1.5 seconds when casted under 700 units
Those are my suggestions for Leona! Feedback is obviously appreciated and I would love to hear about what some experienced Leona players think about them. I think these changes make it much more impactful when Leona is in the middle of the fight, and it allows a little bit more breathing room for players afraid of getting sniped by Solar Flare.
