Rek'Sai Changes
Fury of the Xer'Sai - Keep fury gain but give increasing attack speed buff, at 15%/30%/45%/60% attack speed with max fury at levels 1/6/11/16. Healing relocated to burrowed Q. Fury degenerates at an extremely fast rate after 6 seconds.
-With Q changes, makes healing more dynamic and less "clear camp/wave, get hp", as well as keeping her innate attack speed, but making it less free (See R for additional context).
Prey Seeker - Marks target, causing the next 4 basic attacks to heal Rek'Sai for 10/20/30/40/50 health. Duration of mark increased to 3 seconds
-Keeps healing mechanic, making her jungling and laning still possible, but gets rid of her existing low interaction "clear camp or wave, get hp." Also, on live, burrowed Q feels really unimpactful to land, and doesn't really feel that great, but this change makes her burrowed Q feel a lot better to hit. These changes, if tuned right, have nearly no impact on jungle clear, but have a big impact on her low interaction top lane power.
Unburrow - Knockup CD down 2-3 seconds, knockup duration now 0.5 seconds from 1 second
-Keeps knockup, but makes her initial burst much less frustrating to play against, and makes her role of a low cooldown bruiser more relevant. Also makes it more important to switch between forms, as Rek'Sai has very little motivation to switch between forms after using burrowed E into knockup.
Furious Bite - Now consumes 50% of her max fury on activation.
-Makes unburrowed E be used as less of a "use whenever I have max rage" and to add more of a thought process to the ability, as she loses a large portion of her attack speed on use. Also to add some sort of cost to an ability that potentially deals a large amount of true damage. Slight damage increase may be necessary to compensate for lost attack speed, but is not required.
Void Rush - Attack speed per rank relocated to passive.
-Free attack speed (or any free stat for that matter) is completely unnecessary for any champion at all. Free stats, if any, should be given via a method that is interesting to play against (e.g. new passive), and not just given for free.
