Alright, we all know Skarner has his flaws and his perks, but in order to make him balanced with all the current standards, I think it would be best to have his Crystal Venom Proc with the third stack automatically, or require a fourth stack to proc. This would make his gameplay alot smoother and better enhance his 'disruptive' theme.
His ult consumes these procs for damage. The way things are, he can make choices for 300 damage or an extra second of stun before his suppression. Choices are always welcome, and increase the depth to playing the character.
Having to autoattack enemies to proc the stun means he needs to actively seek out marked enemies and can't mash Q to AoE stun everyone in a teamfight. It's a nerf to his AoE and I think a valid one.
