A good, fair chunk of the characters should have skins based on college, I.E Class Clown teemo (Spitwad and Overflowing bookbag along with a beanie), Jock Darius (Football Gear and carrying a weight in trade for an axe) and Jock Garen (Hockey Gear and and Hockey stick in [Riot University] Colors, and, my personal favorite, Shenpai! (Brown hair on top of mask, splash art contains most females swooning)

I like the concept here. The Darius skin is similar to a skin that may be in progress for him (Dunk Master Darius, look it up. He's a basketball player). If you manage to get enough upvotes somewhere for this, I could see this getting the same treatment as the Pool Party Series. Proof that Riot still listens to the community can be found with Popstar Ahri. Upvoted.
P.S. Shenpai made me laugh. A lot. Sadly, not everyone will get the joke there :P
Shenpai would be awesome and hilarious. If the splash art is done right, then I think enough people will understand. The "notice me senpai" joke has been in circulation for a while now. Maybe a school gang/yankee skin for someone like Diana? It could included the typical blonde hair, sloppy school uniform with a long pleated skirt, face mask, and bamboo sword.

How about Vi in a cheerleader outfit and when she do her ult instead of running she flips and stuff and instead of fist she hit people with pompon, those things cheerleaders uses :).
I love this Idea in every way and Shenpai skin I would buy in a heartbeat.
