A good proportion of premade players are toxic toward the soloque members of their team.
Premade MMR is calculated in an expedient fashion that does not accurately reflect the players combined skill in the game.

When my friends and I queue up, we do it as five usually to avoid the exact opposite situation. Most soloQ players are immediately hostile to groups without giving them a chance. It might be caused by them having bad experiences with other premades, but I don't think anything warrants "/all Fuck my team, report these premade whores." We hadn't said anything in chat to him yet; we were on Steam chat.

You'd never know they weren't solo queue players, because they never mention it or gang up on you.
And now you're going to argue, this'll go on until you've gotten the hate out of your system, with nothing ultimately changing, because Riot realizes this very same thing. Premades don't suddenly make people toxic. The problem comes when toxic people queue with their friends who are also toxic. I know because every game I look at my opponents runes/masteries using lolnexus. It also informs me when I am matched with or against a premade team.

It's not hate. If a large number of people didn't like an overpowered champion but a few people really enjoyed that champion it might be in the best interests, despite that small number of people, to nerf that champion.
This is the same situation except in reverse.
Premade teams negatively impact the experience of soloque players. They have a group-think attitude that blames soloque players for the mistakes of the game. They communicate less with soloque players. They do not get matched adequately via the MMR system.

It's like 3 butthurt people against majority that keep insisting their problem is game wide, while it is not.

search google for "site:leagueoflegends.com premade" and count the number that do not believe premade teams contribute to the league experience.
That's not 3 people.
The underlying facts are: premades develop a group-think that attributes their failures to the soloque player. The way premade MMR is calculated is also poorly implemented.
With those two points premades are overwhelmingly detrimental to the gaming experience of soloque players.
