A good proportion of premade players are toxic toward the soloque members of their team.
Premade MMR is calculated in an expedient fashion that does not accurately reflect the players combined skill in the game.
I've honestly never experienced this sort of situation.
When my friends and I queue up, we do it as five usually to avoid the exact opposite situation. Most soloQ players are immediately hostile to groups without giving them a chance. It might be caused by them having bad experiences with other premades, but I don't think anything warrants "/all Fuck my team, report these premade whores." We hadn't said anything in chat to him yet; we were on Steam chat.
