There needs to be an option to opt out of premade teams.
There are two primary reasons:

Premade teams display self-reinforcing behavior toward harassment. How often have you seen two or three premade players egg each other on beyond what a normal soloqueue player would say or do in a game?

MMR for premade teams is poorly calculated in relationship to soloqueue players. Premade teams face a relatively fixed MMR penalty that is supposed to counteract the enhanced teamwork they are supposed to display. Frequently, this comparatively static penalty does a poor job of discriminating between the premades that are actually good together and those premades that are a poor fit. How often do you run into premades that either stomp face or fall flat?
