Draven's Passive is either complete **** or the worst case of INVISIBLE POWER ever

I don't know which it is, but Draven's new Passive is either underpowere, or it's this game's worst case of invisible power ever.

Is it bad? I don't know, it's complete trash if you're doing badly, and it's needless extra gold if you're already crushing the lane. It doesn't trigger if your support accidentally kills the enemy champion(Sona!), and when you do...eh, yay?

Is it invisible power? This means this new Passive does in fact contribute to Draven's kit, and that it serves a great purpose, except the player doesn't feel it's contribution! In fact, while most cases of invisible power leaves your players feeling nothing, Draven's Passive sometimes makes you feel WORSE.

"Alright time for my ****ty passive to pay off once I land this last hi-dammnit Soraka!"

"Alright I killed a champion now time for this passive to pay off!!" ding "...really? That's it? I built up all that adoration for that?"

"Alright I killed a champion, now time for my Passive to-oh right I just died and I lost a lot of adoration..."

Riot, you've always said that the worst design is one who is strong, but feels terrible right? Well here's your most extreme example of that case. And if it isn't invisible power, then it's just plain terrible.

tl;dr - can we have a new better passive please? Like how about a Passive where Draven gets some sort of buff depending on how many spinning axes he is carrying at a time? Or something else that's satisfying. Whether the new Passive is actually viable or not, one thing's for sure, it feels terrible to have.

PS - how do you edit titles?

Don't get killed and keep catching axes. If you're behind 1 kill can be a HUUUGE difference. I've been on games where I hadn't died but my support + jungler did multiple times and I didnt get a kill till later but cashed in 700+ gold with it and ended up wining. Just never stop farming w/ draven. Catch them axes.

I know when I play Draven, sometimes there jungler will get a good gank and I'll be set behind. Then I know that istead of playing all out aggression, I just stack my passive, get 1 kill, and get back in the game. My friend and I have done this to each other many times.

It is not hidden power. If you think his new passive is hidden power, you obviously didnt play with his old one. His old passive out damaged his rank 1 q, op as fuk. Dravens new passive is satisfying thematically and in terms of gameplay, and goes along well with his naturally aggressive style.

I find the passive useful; it encourages aggression, which matches Draven's lane-bully potential. It also has a big buildup, so if you're behind on last-hits the gold boost is really helpful.

I think the only thing that needs a change is to add an incentive to earn double/triple kills, as the passive reset makes double kills less meaningful then two separate single kills.

His old passive was pretty much the definition of hidden power.

I totally hate the new Draven. The old identity of draven was extreme lane dominance and snowballing this lead, now it'S about surviving lane and stacking up that passive, till u get a kill thx to a dumb play of ur enemie or a good jungle gank, sometimes u even have to wait till a midgame clash, but as soon as u get a kill, u get so much gold that u instandly snowball hard from that 1 kill, cause u get so much more power compared to befor that 1 kill that ur enemies can't realy judge ur new power right.

befor the rework, he was high risk, high reward, stomp ur lane and win, or don't stomp and fall off Now he's a timebomb, play save till u get an good gank, get 1 kill that is worth 500-1000gold with that damn passive, and start to snowball out of nothing Also, it only works for kills, not assists, wich is unaceptable for a teamgame like lol imo, and it also can work against u, if u die u loose alot stacks, so if the enemies realy shut u down, u will suck hard.
