So is there much point in Miss Fortune's Q's bounce shot anymore?

It was always a bit unwieldy and unreliable to begin with. Her Q was often used as part of her AA+burst combo. Sometimes players may try to be clever and use it to harass if he has a completely clear path between a minion and an enemy champion, if the bounce connects, it's...relatively satisfying.

But even back when it was stronger, her Q actually lowered her DPS once her build gets going. Overall I like the new MF more than the old one. But it feels like the bouncing part of her Q is mostly a relic of the past, you'll still use it in lane to combo with your AA, but that's it.

Don't get me wrong, I love the new MF whose Impure Shots scale with AD as it should have than the old retarded AP scaling MF. But her Q feels so irrelevant.

Do I want Riot to buff Q so it feels relevant? No, as you nerfed it to make up for her W's changes. But instead, I was wondering if you would instead change her Q, make it into something different.

In my personal opinion, her Q was badly designed from the start. I never liked her Q all that much even before it's nerf anyways. It's second effect being rather unreliable, hence most of the time people only used it to chain with her auto-attack. Rarely do I see people take it's bounce effect in mind, and even if they do successfully utilize it to snipe, rarely did it make that big an impact despite it's difficulty.

I kind of like how her Q works. It was one of those different kind of poking abilities. I haven't played too much of MF since her changes so I can't really say whether or not her Q is "irrelevent". As you have said I seem to use it to help burst someone in a trade. Like AA then Q then AA or w/e.

Also I will admit getting that bounce off kill with the Q is very satisfying.

MF's Q is perfect. It allows you to poke without worrying about damage reduction like from Caitlyn or Twitch. Plus now that they lowered the mana cost, MF is not a mana hungry lunatic anymore. She's now a really solid adc, and now a main pick for me for ranked again (RIP AP MF.)

There's a reason why you don't worry about it's damage reduction though, and it's because of it's randomness and situational requirements if you want to use it as a "poke". You worry about whether it'll even find it's target in the first place, not whether it'll do full damage or not.

Plus, I don't think people use Twitch's as a "poke"...
