Some awesome Skarner buffs to think of Riot.

Skarner's Signature move is his Ultimate. But when Vi came out her Ultimate is just way more effective than Skarner's in every situation. Vi's Ultimate is inescapable, and Skarner's Ultimate was changed a while back to no longer be inescapable. He also lost his perma slow, and I have a few changes to give GOOD SKARNER PLAYERS the ability to have a fun distinctive and effetive play pattern.

• While Skarner's Ultimate is Active he cannot be slowed and is immune to crowd control effects, but cannot gain more movement speed than his W provides.
• Skarner's E movement speed debuff can be refreshed by hitting the target with Q's and Auto-Attacks.
