Suggestion for Ohmwrecker

Remove the blasting wand and replace it with Seekers Armguard. The main issue with Ohmwrecker is its awkward build path and how it doesn't offer fantastic stats. Something like

It has an identity crisis and it's use cases are confused. As Riot would ask what do you want to see from this item? Stats? Unique Actives? Unique Passives? Do you find we are missing a good niche item for X situation? What are we missing currently?
