Kha'Zix
Kha'Zix's position is currently debatable. He is very strong in the right circumstances but the "right circumstances" rely too heavily on the enemy teams bad (abysmal) positioning in addition to all of his damage being frontloaded onto his Q so other than his Q and E which are mandatory you will most likely take his R because an extra second of stealth as well as a 3rd cast is infinitely more useful than a better slow with not additional benefit.
His Q: Previously gave 8% missing health damage and a 45% damage increase against isolated targets. Keep the base damage and add 4% of the targets missing health which increases to 6% when evolved and is increased against isolated targets.
His W: Change it to an AD ratio from an AP ratio and either give it low scaling or lower base damage. When evolved it fires 3 spikes in a cone but all 3 can hit the same enemy (like Graves' Q) with each spike beyond the first dealing 20-30% damage. The healing is increased accordingly. The slow is 30% for the first spike increasing by 15% for each additional spike up to 60%.
His E: It's fine as it is. Although evolving it is mandatory because you just can't beat an increased range jump with a reset on kills. Maybe it could be beefed up slightly in its non evolved form so it has a longer base range than it currently does and a partial reset on kills?
His R: When evolved this should increase Kha'Zix'x armor and MR by 20% while he is in stealth. Kha'Zix's armor and MR at level 18 are 73 and 52.5 respectively. This does not take runes and masteries into account. If you think about it a 20% increase isn't that significant but with bonus armor and MR it becomes good.
My goal with these proposed changes is to give Kha meaningful evolutions which he can use to adapt to his situation and actually have choices rather than Q to do any damage, E so you don't die and can chase people and R because it looks cool. His Q changes would make it good enough to keep unevolved. His W would give him more sustain and better sticking potential, His R would keep him alive a little longer and we might actually see some meaningful tank builds.
